2x Fintube Heat Exchangers

The addition of some key talent and appropriate supporting technology for this project let us advance our experience with fintube heat exchangers from repair and refurbishment to design and manufacture.

The client came to us with a request to replace some worn-out air cooled exchangers. Little electronic data existed for the original heat exchangers, so a trip to our clients gas refinery was required. Measurements were taken in field and combined with existing process specs to reverse engineer the air cooled exchangers. These two 30′ fintube heat exchangers represent the first of many design-to-manufacture air cooled exchangers we will produce.
